Event Merchandise Services (EMS) is a specialised entertainment logistics business providing merchandise services to the entertainment, event and exhibition sectors.
EMS operates merchandise concessions at stadiums/venues throughout New Zealand. We provide clients with a complete vendor concession service through a ‘one-stop’ shop.
We provide merchandise services for nearly 90% of all international touring stage events in New Zealand and can help with all your merchandise needs on any scale – including support services and infrastructure. These include:

Trailer
EMS also utilises the unique retail distribution opportunity of a purpose-built merchandise concession trailer. The trailer can be fully operated as self-contained, stand-alone retail operation at any event and location.
The trailer features:
- Galvanised R.H.S base frame and chassis
- Walls, ceiling and roof constructed from 50mm poly-panel (consisting of polystyrene and colour steel inside and out)
- Tandem axles with hydraulic override & front axle brakes
- Rear stabilizing jacks
- Double bay awning side lift windows with gas lift struts (length of 1930mm, height of 1150mm)
- 120V single phase electrical system with fluorescent lighting
- Tempered safety glass sales display counter (length of 4130mm)
- Multipurpose rear slat wall adjustable display fittings
